A Standard Complaint Against Amway

I bought a Kirby from a door to door salesperson after I had just moved in to my new house...what a disaster...the thing didnt work and the paperwork I was given did not have any info on how to get it fixed thru the warranty...I later found out the person had not left the warranty info or any paperwork pertaining to the kirby itself, how to work it, the dvd that was supposed to come with it and other paperwork. What I did find out was the machine I got was a refurbished machine that still had issues...took it several times to a reputable repair place and he and the lawyer I hired figured out that I was sold something that was not new...they represented that it was brand spanking new...so I stopped paying them and explained to them why, told them take it back and requested my 3 month old and 1 wk old Bissell vacuum and Hoover carpet cleaner back and of course they dont have either one after just 3 weeks.Was told by rep we wont take it back now we cant do anything with it...so then the calls 4-5 x a day pay the balance...they even called my partner in IRAQ at his station ...he didnt like that nor did his supervisor...I had to write a letter of complaint to the states atty general about fair debt collection to get them to stop calling him in IRAQ...I wish I had never opened the door that day
